It is suitable for precise measurement of parameters such as tooth profile error, helix error, pitch deviation, cumulative pitch error, and radial runout of the gear rim for workpieces like involute cylindrical gears (multi-stage gears, internal gears), gear cutters (hob cutters, gear shaping cutters, shaving cutters, etc.), worm gears, worm shafts, and bevel gears (with arc or straight teeth). It can also be expanded to measure key components of RV reducers, contour scanning, and three-dimensional workpieces such as helical rotors.
