The PG6 model can fully automatically process ultra-high precision single-crystal diamond tools, achieving a grinding arc profile PV within 50nm.

The planetary motion facilitates crystal orientation searching, and the free workbench combined with programmable drop weights allows for non-hard extrusion grinding of the tool. The nano-workbench performs the final nano-level feed polishing.

The newly added contour tracking and sound tracking functions depict the real-time grinding profile through the workbench's forward and backward movement and grinding sound, facilitating real-time adjustments and corrections.

Various program segments can be used to achieve tool grinding, such as small arc tools, high-precision optical tools (cylindrical/conical relief angles), polyline tools, multiple tangent arcs/large arc tools, spiral tools, elliptical/parabolic curve profile tools, internal arc tools (can be tangent to straight lines), complex profile tools (internal and external circles mixed), ball-end mills, rolling tools, pressing tools.
